SHIPPING POLICY
Order Dispatches
  • Orders received before 10am will be dispatched on the same day.

  • If you require urgent delivery please contact us to see what is possible.

  • If your order is delayed, or out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Pickups / Store Visits

Visits to view products or pick up orders are welcome.

This includes weekends. Ensure we are available by contacting us to arrange a time and day.

NZ Delivery Times

 

North Island

Delivery is overnight to most towns and cities

Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days

South Island 

Delivery is usually 3-4 days

Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days

NZ Delivery Charges

Orders over $200 are courier free

Courier Fee: $8.00 for all Nationwide orders under $200

ALL Kayak delivery charges: TBC

International Delivery

ALL international orders must be communicated via the Contact Us page and will be charged for on a case-by-case basis.

Ordering

Once you have placed an order,

  • You will receive an email confirming your order

  • Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched

  • You will be sent an email with a tracking and trace number

  • Cancellation of the order must be made prior to despatch to ensure a courier fee is not incurred.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • You may return any item (see non-refundable items) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in new condition, with undamaged original packaging and labelling, for a full refund or credit. 

  • Change of mind returns will be eligible for a credit.

  • Courier charges will be deducted from the credit. This also applies to orders sent freight free.

  • Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer except where an error was made by us.

  • Please contact us prior to returning a product or order.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 7 days.

 

Non-returnable items

For safety reasons, rated climbing gear cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Items of clothing and shoes can be exchanged if the sizing is wrong as long as swing tags are still attached and packaging is as new.
